Introduction Wake-On-USB This function allows you to use a USB keyboard or USB mouse to wake up a sys- tem from the S3 (STR - Suspend To RAM) state. Important: If you are using the Wake-On-USB Keyboard/Mouse function for 2 USB ports, the 5V_standby power source of your power supply must support ≥1.5A. For 3 or more USB ports, the 5V_standby power source of your power supply must support ≥2A.

Hardware Installation Chassis Intrusion Connector Ground Signal The board supports the chassis intrusion detection function. Connect the chas- sis intrusion sensor cable from the chassis to this connector. When the system’s power is on and a chassis intrusion occurred, an alarm will sound. When the system’s power is off and a chassis intrusion occurred, the alarm will sound only when the system restarts.
Hardware Installation Power Connectors Use a power supply that complies with the ATX12V Power Supply Design Guide Version 1.1. An ATX12V power supply unit has a standard 24-pin ATX main pow- er connector that must be inserted into the 24-pin connector. The power connector from the power supply unit are designed to fit the 24-pin connector in only one orientation. Make sure to find the proper orientation before plugging the connectors.
