Remove the cover (MP10).
See "To remove the Front Panel and the Cover"
Remove the A3 Controller/Reference Board.
See "To remove the A3 Controller/Reference Board"
Remove the two screws (H1) and washers (H6, H8) that attach the
A4 Sampler Board to the A6 Sampler Assembly.
Remove the black light shield (MP11), and then lift the A4 board and
A6 assembly from the sampler mount (MP1).
Separate the A4 board from the A6 assembly.
Remove the cover (MP10).

Unplug the A5 Laser Tube Assembly wires from the two- pin connector
on the A1 Connector Board, and the A2 Power Supply wires from the
three- pin connector on the A1 board.
From the bottom of the laser base, remove the four screws (H12, H13)
and washers (H14, H15).
Remove the tube by tilting it upward at the front and lifting up, and
then set the A5 assembly aside.
When reinstalling the tube, use two TORX #10 screws (H12), lock
washers (H14) and flat washers (H15) for the back feet of the tube. For
the front feet, use two Posidrive screws (H13). Ensure that the power
supply wires are completely underneath the tube and are clear of the
tube feet. Do this by shaping the high voltage lead into an "S" shape
underneath the tube with the white "bulge" centered lengthwise
between the front and rear feet of the tube.
From underneath the laser baser, remove the two screws (H4) that
attach A2 Power Supply to the laser base.
