2.11 Joystick Button Group

JOYSTICK: When an applicable menu
option is open, the joystick controls the
rotation and position of certain objects in
the DVE Layers of the SE-3000.
X, Y, Z: enables or disables the X, Y, Z
axis of the joystick, allowing for more
precise user control.
NORMAL: Defaults the settings of menu
Subsequent presses will default the overall
menu settings of the switcher.
FINE: Enables the Joysticks fine control
mode.
Wipe, Flex 1, Flex 2, & Rotate
(ROT): These buttons are shortcuts to the
Wipe, Flex Source, and Rotate Menus.
Flex 1or 2 will open settings for DVE 1 or
DVE 2 respectively.
2.11.1 Normal Key
The Normal key allows menu values to be quickly set back to their 'Normal' or Factory
default state. When all the values on the current menu screen are at their default, the
Normal button light is off.
If any values are changed by a user from their default setting, then the Normal button will
be lit Green. If the Normal button is pressed when it is green, it will turn yellow as a
warning that the values on the current menu screen will be set back to their default setting.
It will stay yellow until you move to another menu or press NORM again.

2.11.2 Fine Key

The Fine Key controls the speed of the control in the Joystick. When enabled the joystick will
move parameters for rotation and position very slowly you will have the most control
available.
