NOTE
■ Power supply input and output conductors of equipment, and signal
conductors of equipment which are exposed outside of the building, are
intended to be less than 140 feet (42.6 meters) in length and have adequate
clearance from power and lightning conductors in accordance with NEC
725 and 800. Final acceptance of the Listed equipment installation will
ultimately be up to the local Authority Having Jurisdiction (AHJ).
■ This product is designed to operate with a nominal operating voltage of 12
VDC.
■ This product meets EU RoHS Directive 2002/95/EC and/or applicable
exceptions. Refer to
WEEE.
■ This product is NRTL Listed to the applicable UL Standards.
■ This product is intended for deployment in locations where the NEC
applies (ex. Customer Premises). This product is to be installed and
serviced by trained and qualified personnel only.
■ Install this product in a restricted access location by trained Service
Personnel only.
■ This product is designed to be deployed in GR-3108-CORE environmental
Class 4.
■ The PON - Single mode fiber port(s) are Optical and therefore are not
classified as any type of port as defined in Appendix B of GR-1089-CORE.

Operation is subject to the following two conditions:
