PERIODIC SERVICE
7. Open the oil cooler cover. Remove the debris on the
surface of the dust cover by hand and blow off small
debris with compressed air. Pressure of compressed
air must be under 205 kPa (2.1 kgf/cm , 30 psi).
(1) Dust cover
(2) Oil cooler cover
8. Install the cover with four bolts and then the fan cover
with two screws.
9. Close the hood.
BCleaning Engine Oil Cooler Fins
If you feel you are unable to make the following service
correctly and safely, contact your local KUBOTA Dealer.
This engine is equipped with an oil cooler. The style of the
oil cooler is mounted on the blower housing. Pressure of
compressed air must be under 205 kPa (2.1 kgf/cm , 30
psi).
To avoid personal injury:
A Make sure the engine is cool enough to touch
before
removing
components.
A Always shield eyes and a face from air deposits
and objects.
1. Stop the engine and apply the parking brake.
2. Remove the cover of the carburetor fuel valve.
(1) Cover
3. Loosen the two bolts for the engine oil cooler and
remove the connector.
(1) Oil cooler
(2) Bolt
(3) Connector
