Test Switch Storage Tube

The test switch is stored in a tube in one of several
locations, depending on the row unit options.
The test switch connector is labeled Test SW. Connect
test switch to planter harness. Route harness through
hole in storage tube. Connect test switch to hydraulic drive
harness. Attach test switch harness to row unit with tie
straps. Coil test switch harness and store in tube.
FIG. 1: As shipped from the factory, the storage tube is
bolted to a support plate and fastened to the row unit
frame with U-bolts.
FIG. 2: If the optional step is installed, discard the
U-bolts and fasten the tube support to the step plate with
two carriage bolts, lock washers and nuts shipped inside
the tube.
FIG. 3: If the optional chemical hopper is installed,
discard the U-bolts and fasten tube support to the hopper
support plate with two carriage bolts, lock washers and
nuts shipped inside the tube.
