How long will the Kube
filters last?
The filters in the Kube are rated to last 6,000
litres, or approximately 12 months for an
average family of four.
How will I know when to
replace the Kube filters?
The Kube filter is designed to last 12 months.
We recommend you indicate the month the
cartridge is fitted in the appropriate box on the
label, this way you will know when it needs to
be changed the following year.
Why are there black
particles inmy water?
The black particles are perfectly normal and
harmless. These should only be present
straight after installation. Ensure the system
has been flushed, with the tap on full flow, for
5 minutes. Following this there should be no
further particles.
How long is the warranty?
Your Kube comes with a two year limited
warranty. It is valid for two years from the
original date of purchase and covers any
defect in materials or workmanship in the
manufactured product.

Warranty

Important - the warranty does not cover:
• Product failure if it is abused, misused,
altered, used commercially or used for other
than the intended purpose.
• Use where water is microbiologically unsafe
or of unknown quality without adequate
disinfection before or after the system.
• Damage caused by accident, fire, floods or
acts of nature.
• Incidental, consequential or special damages
caused by possible defects with this
appliance, its installation or repair.
Terms and conditions:
Kinetico products are manufactured to exacting
standards and backed by the most comprehensive
warranties in the industry. Your warranty is in
addition to and does not affect your statutory
rights. The warranty is valid from date of purchase
and subject to the following conditions;
• The product is used for domestic purposes only
in the United Kingdom.
• The product is installed and operated in
accordance with our instructions.
• The product is not subject to misuse or
tampered with in any way.
Within the warranty period, should the product
or any part thereof prove to be defective by
reason of faulty workmanship or materials used
in the manufacture of the product, we shall, at
our option, either repair or replace the same free
of charge provided the above conditions have
been met and that the service work is carried out
by Kinetico UK Ltd or by an Authorised Kinetico
Agent. The warranty on any exchanged parts
or product will expire when the normal product
warranty expires.
