Preparing sausages
1. Grind the meat.
2. Introduce the snail into the grinder
head. Attach the accessories for sausages
(as shown in the alongside image) to the
grinding head and screw its fixing ring.
3. Attach the grinding head to the meat
grinder main unit.
4. Put the tray on the vertical side of the
grinder head.
5. Now you can use the appliance for
preparing sausages.
Put the ingredients into the tray. Use the
pusher to push slowly the meat into the
grinder head.
Leave the sausage membrane in warm
water for 10 minutes. Then introduce the
wet membrane onto the sausage tube.
Press the minced and spiced meat into the
grinder head. If the membrane gets stuck
onto the tube, it must be moistened with
water.
