To make the stuffing, grind the lamb using the fine grinding plate. Fry the onions in oil
until it becomes golden, and then add the minced lamb. When the meat is fired, add the
rest of the ingredients and leave it on the stove for another 1-2 minutes. Drain the excess
fat, if necessary and allow it to cool.
Preparation kibbe
Mount the accessory for kibbe. Pass the lamb bulgur wheat mixture through the accessory
and cut the kibbe in medium. Fill the kibbe pieces with the cooked meat and then seal
both of their ends. Fry the pieces of kibbe in hot oil, until browned on all sides
Preparing tomato juice
1. Introduce the snail into the juicer tube.
Attach the rest of the accessories (c, d) to the
juicer tube.
2. Attach the juicer to the meat grinder main unit.
3. Put the tray on the vertical side of the juicer.
4. Now you can use the appliance to prepare
tomato juice.
Put the tomatoes into the tray. Use the stomper
to gently push the tomatoes into the tube of the
juicer.

prepare juice from various vegetables and fruits,
such as: oranges, grapefruit, apples, pears,

Important: Do not use this accessory to prepare
juices from soft fruits, such as bananas,
strawberries, kiwi etc.
