VI. USING
1. Insert the snail into the grinder head.
Introduce the blade on the shaft of the snail,
with the sharpened part outward.
Attach the grinding plate necessary for
grinding to the shaft of the snail. Turn the
fixing ring in the direction of the grinder head
until is properly fixed.
2. Attach the grinder head to the meat
grinder main unit.
3. Put the tray on the vertical side of the
grinder head.
4. Now you can use the appliance to grind the
meat.
Cut the meat into strips about 10 cm long and
2 cm thick. Remove bones, cartilage and
tendons pieces as much as possible. (Never
use frozen meat).
Put the meat in the tray. Use the pusher and
push slowly the meat into the grinder head.
(To prepare steak tartar, grind the meat
through the medium grinding plate.)
Connect the appliance to the power outlet.
Then turn it on, by pressing the button in the
"ON" position.
After use, turn off the appliance and
disconnect it from the power source.
