General
A pilot laser with low power is required for the described adjustment work.
Check the position of the wire electrode in relation to the laser focus:

This setting work must only be carried out by trained and qualified personnel.
Observe the safety rules in the OI, in particular the "Safety Inspection" section.
Each time the laser welding head is replaced
Each time the laser optics are replaced
Each time the welding torch is changed
Switch off MIG/MAG power source
Replace components

Check the position of the wire elec-

the position of the wire electrode must
match the values documented on the
gauge using scaling.

wire electrode in relation to the laser
focus using the x, y, and z adjustment
devices
