■ Troubleshooting
The following chart is designed to help you to correct problems that are not equipment malfunctions. If you are unable to locate
the cause of a problem, or solve it through the use of this chart, contact your dealer.
PROBLEM

SOLUTION
Clean the battery pack terminals.
Charge the battery pack.
Remove the battery pack from the
transceiver, then charge it for a while.
Attach the battery pack to the trans-
ceiver again, then turn ON the power.
Rotate [PWR/VOL] to increase the vol-
ume level.
Check the call-to party number or
group number.
Move your location, then try again.
Push [PTT] to re-register the transceiver
to the system.
Wait for a while, or change your location.
Check that the LTE line is established.
Wait until the operator is back, or ask
your system manager.
Turn OFF the Key Lock function.
Insert the battery pack properly.
Charge the battery pack in the chargeable
temperature range.
10°C to 40°C (+50°F to +104°F)
Clean the charger terminals.
Turn OFF the power while charging.
Properly insert the battery pack.
Change your location, then try again.
Reboot the transceiver.
Remove the battery pack after "Power
OFF..." is displayed.
Enter the Pairing mode.
Stop using other Bluetooth devices.
Use the transceiver away from other
Bluetooth devices.
Use the transceiver away from the
other devices, or stop using those
devices.
