Specifying the MIDI messages that will be sent from
the CG-8
Here's how to specify the MIDI messages that will be sent from the CG-8's MIDI OUT connector.
You can choose whether this connector will retransmit the incoming MIDI messages
from an external MIDI device (MIDI THRU) or transmit the MIDI messages generated
by the CG-8 itself (MIDI OUT).

Press and hold the [MENU] button for two seconds or longer; the MAIN MENU
screen will appear.
If you're in Menu mode (p. 49), for example when the PROJECT EDITOR screen or the
FILE MANAGER screen is displayed, press the [EXIT] button several times to access
the MAIN MENU screen.
