a. all 3 LEDs will blink when sensor transmits a message
b. An LED will illuminate when sensor receives signal strength feedback from linked output controller
I. Green: -41 to -70 dBm, best strength
II. Amber/Blue: -70 to -80 dBm, good strength
III. Red: -80 to -95 dBm, not ideal, adjust placement
IV. None: no linked controllers detected, adjust placement
c. This cycle will automatically time out after 50 seconds, or you can press and hold the button 6 seconds to
exit manually
Walk Test
The primary function of an occupancy/vacancy sensor is to detect physical motion and, in the case of dual tech sensors,
audio. The walk test shows if the person testing is being detected as they walk around the space, so they can adjust the
installation position as needed for preferred detection range.
When in walk test mode, the sensor does not send 'occupied' telegrams, it just illuminates
an LED to indicate detection.
1. To enter the main test/config menu, press and hold TEACH/TEST button 6 seconds until:
