Getting Started - Ingenico Move 5000 Getting Started

Your Move 5000 is designed to be easy to use, and you should have no problems
getting up and running with it. The following pages will tell you how to carry out some
of the more common tasks, and introduce you to useful functions and features.
What's in the Box
In your pack, you will receive:
Ingenico Move 5000
Bluetooth charging base unit
Power cord
Ethernet cable
SIM card (installed)

Getting Started

When you receive your terminal, you should:
set your terminal up in a convenient location
charge the terminal
load the terminal with till roll
ensure that it is paired to the base unit (set up bluetooth if necessary)
connect the ethernet/WiFi
connect it to a network (if necessary)
do a test transaction for a nominal amount
Setting Up
Position your terminal must be near a power source and an ethernet socket. It should
not be put near a heat source, and protected from damp or very dusty conditions.
