Getting Started with your Move/5000 Terminal

Introduction

Thank you for choosing ClearAccept as your payment partner of choice. This guide will provide you
with the key steps for you to set your device up.
What's in the box
Your delivery should contain the following items –
1x Move/5000 Terminal
1x Base
1x Charging cable
2x Till Roll - One will be installed within the terminal, and one will be loose within the box
1x Purple Ethernet cable
Should any of these items be missing please contact our dedicated Support Team on
0207 1862 186.
During the fulfilment process it is possible that the printer feed button may have accidently been
pressed. This will be evident if a section of till roll has concertinaed – this is not a terminal fault; the
till roll can be removed, and you can continue with the setup.
Please retain the box should you ever need to return the Move/5000 to ClearAccept.

Your Terminal

Please familiarise yourself with the buttons and layout of the Move/5000 prior to installation.
Once fully charged you can commence with the setup procedure.

  • Page 2 Your base When you first receive your Move/5000 terminal it will not be fully charged. It will need to be placed on charge for a minimum of 4 hours to charge it fully. To connect your base to the mains power supply, turn the base over, remove the back cover (this has already been removed in the photograph below) and insert the power lead into the adapter.

  • Page 4 Press the CANCEL button to return to the READY screen Changing the till roll With your Move/5000 you have been provide with a till roll already installed into your terminal and one that is loose within the box. A full till roll will last approximately between 40-60 transactions.
