Possible Cause
Handset function is locked.
The function is locked out.
Mains power not
connected
Handset not connected to
the controller
Connectors not plugged
into the correct sockets
Faulty actuator
Connectors not plugged
into the correct sockets
Resolution

Release the handset function
using the key

Unlock the function if
required and try again.

Connect to the mains power

Connect the handset to the
controller; following the
instructions in this manual.

Check the connections, are
as per the instructions in this
user guide

