Setting up actuators
All actuators on the bed are colour coded.
1. The back rest actuator has
red stickers on the mounting points on the underside of the bed frame. (figure 5)
2. Equally, the
stickers on the mounting points (figure 6)
3. The main control box comes already attached to the back rest actuator with all the cables
colour coded. Ensure the correct connector is attached to the matching actuator.
4. The hi-lo actuators on the head and foot boards should be connected using the yellow
stickered connectors (figure 7)
5. Plug the mains plug into the wall socket and make sure all of the cables are secured.
6. Test the actuators by pressing each button on the handset control.

Caution: Always make sure that the electric plugs are then properly inserted into the controller
for the bed to function correctly.
Caution: Pay attention to position the back and foot rest actuators correctly! They should never
be inverted.
Caution: If when operating the handset the functions operate incorrectly it may be that the cables
are located in the wrong actuators. In this case the cables will have to be inserted into the correct
actuator points and tested again to make sure the handset operates the correct parts of the
bedframe.
