3-2. Pattern data creation instructions

Conditions necessary for the creation of a pattern:
Sewing shape, edge width, stitch length, with/without bartacking (in the case of "with bartack-
ing", its size and the number of stitches)
Enter data as illustrated in the figure shown below:
① Second origin. ................. Jump from the origin to the point "X = -120, Y = +100" to make that point
② Jump ............................... Jump from the second origin to the sewing starting point
③ Outer periphery sewing ... Enter an outer periphery sewing pattern.
④ Thread trimming .............. Enter a thread trimming command.
⑤ External output ................ (Pocket clamp retraction signal) Enter an external output 0 (zero).
⑥ Jump ............................... Jump from the outer periphery sewing to the inner periphery sewing.
⑦ Inner periphery sewing ... Enter an inner periphery sewing pattern.
⑧ Thread trimming .............. Enter a thread trimming command.
Set the 2nd origin
at the point
"X: -120, Y: +100"
In the case data is entered by means of the main body input function, pocket clamp operation can be
checked under the trial stitching mode provided that the pocket size is set in prior. (Refer to "4. HOW
TO CHANGE THE POCKET SIZE" p.6 for setting of the pocket size.)
If the pattern you have created enters the entry prohibition area, the sewing machine stops
at the position where the pattern enters the entry prohibition area during sewing. Check to
make sure that the pattern does not enter the entry prohibition area on the pattern shape
checking screen for trial stitching. In addition, check to make sure that the intermediate
presser does not come in contact with the blank, etc.
For this type of sewing machine, a wiper is not provided. To remove thread from the mate-
rial after thread trimming, insert a command to jump by approximately 50 mm.

how to enter machine control commands such as second origin and external output.
