VALVE
Preparation
Set reference depth of valve. (see second
page of this chapter):
• Remove valve cap:
• use an extended 5/16" Allen wrench
• Insert a 3/16" Allen wrench
Crusher
1. Set machine work mode
From terminal menu system:
• select
2. Adjust spring tension to max 200 bar
(a) to achieve a true reading for max-
imum pressure;

• fully open jaws
(b) read maximum oil pressure while
closing jaws, maintaining pressure
• neutralise booster pressure:
(c) use a metal tube as a lever to adjust
tension of closing spring:
– if ≥500 bar, turn counter-clock-
– if <500 bar, turn slowly clockwise
ADJUSTING SEQUENCE VALVE
Preparation

peatedly opening/closing jaws:
– if ≥450 bar (180×2.5=450bar),
– if 180 bar, turn counter-clockwise
REASSEMBLING
Reverse the above steps of disassembling.
