1. PRINCIPAL INTERNAL
COMPONENTS
(a) hydraulic swivel (male unit visible)
(b) hydraulic manifold
(c) pressure booster
Dismantling internal
hydraulics
Preparations
• thoroughly clean all internal parts
and have absorbent and vessels at
hand to collect fluid spill
• remove external hydraulics
• remove frame lids, adapter plate etc.
HYDRAULIC MANIFOLD
2. Remove the large bypass pipe coupling
– 32mm spanner
3. Remove the thin bypass pipe coupling
– 17mm spanner
4. Remove fasteners to booster
– 8mm Allen low wrench
Reassembling, apply thread-locking
compound T1
5. Lift out hydraulic manifold
– take care of hydraulic fluid spill
HYDRAULIC SWIVEL WITH
BOOSTER UNIT
6. Fill gap under booster
– use a wooden piece and some ab-
sorbent
7. Remove 4 swivel fasteners
I. 10mm Allen key (50Nm)
or on older models,
II. 8mm Allen key (25Nm)
8. Lift out the entire hydraulic swivel with
booster unit.
REASSEMBLING
Simply reverse the order of above steps. Use
thread-locking compound and tightening
torque as indicated.
