Preparations
Position the crusher unit vertically by using
a hoist device (see previous chapters).
Thoroughly clean areas con-
cerned to minimise risk of con-
taminating the hydraulic sys-
tem.
External hydraulic hoses
1. Remove adaptor couplings from hy-
draulic swivel head
– spanner: 32mm
Keep clean and protect all hy-
draulic openings with plugs or
covers!
DISMANTLING BOOSTER FILTERS
2. Remove couplings
– use two spanners: 36mm+32mm
Keep area clean. Use vessel to
collect spill.
3. Filter parts:
(a) housing (adapter Ø41/41mm)
(b) filter unit
(c) coupling
Adapter plate
Use hot air gun to soften
thread-locking compound
of fasteners.
4. Remove the round headed centre screw:
– Allen key: 6mm
– friction washer
5. Remove 11 standard plate fasteners
– Allen key: 8mm
– friction washers
6. Loosen 4 corner plate fasteners
– Allen key: 8mm
– max. key hight: 30mm
– unscrew further by means of
players
– friction washers
7. Lift off the adaptor plate
REASSEMBLING
Reverse the above steps.
8. Secure all fasteners:
– apply thread-locking compound
T1 to all fasteners
