JAW BRACKET SERVICE
Preparation
For service of bushing (a), first dismantle
the jaws, see previous page.
SERVICE POINTS:
(a) bushing of male bracket joint shaft
– one replaceable low friction
nylon strip
– place hole over grease outlet
– seam should be placed within
the illustrated sector
The cutter/crusher pads may also be ser-
viced on a mounted jaw.
(b) cutter pad
– turnable/replaceable
Cutter pads
The exposed cutting edge should be sharp
and even. Turn pad or replace if necessary.
Removing the cutter pad (b)
1. Remove the two fasteners
– Allen wrench: 6mm
T1: Reassembling, apply thread-
locking compound to screws

: 25—27 Nm
REASSEMBLING
Simply reverse the above steps and apply
thread-locking compound where indicated.
