1. PRINCIPAL INTERNAL

(a) hydraulic swivel (male unit)
(b) hydraulic swivel (female unit) and
normal pressure manifold (200 bar)
(c) pressure booster: 2,5/1
(d) high pressure (500 bar) hydraulic
manifold

2. Preparations
• remove manifold as described on
previous page
• plug or cover connector openings
• have absorbent and vessels at hand
to collect fluid spill

(f) pilot operated check valve
(g) check valve
(h) check valve special tool (see Tools
section – last chapter)
(i) end plug
REMOVAL OF VALVES
High pressure manifold
3. Secure manifold in vise and remove the
external valve
– socket: 24mm,
¾
" drive
4. Take out the end plug
– collect hydraulic fluid spill
– check O-ring: replace if defect
Pilot operated check valve
5. Remove the internal Pilot operated
check valve
– 12mm Allen key
6. Lift out the valve
– take care of hydraulic fluid spill
– check O-ring: replace if defect
Check valves
There are two check valves (g); one be-
hind the pilot operated check valve (f)
and one plug (I) behind.
• unscrew plug (i):

– 27mm spanner /
• unscrew check valve
– use special plug tool (h)
