Basic functional
components
A) Hydraulic connection to demolition
robot DXR 2
or 3

XX
• Hydraulic swivel with normal pres-
sure (200 bar) and flow to cylinders
B) Normal pressure manifold
• Controls hydraulic flow for extend-
ing or contracting the cylinders (E):
I. if load is 0—180 bar, the hydraulic
pressure will pass straight to mani-
fold D.
II. if load is between 180 and 200 bar,
a sequence valve will pass hy-
draulic flow via the booster.
III. a) opening of jaws: flow down-
wards via Pilot operated check
valve, will open valve and return
flow is allowed from cylinders to
Tank.
b) if pressure to cylinders exceeds
520 bar, a Pressure limiting valve
will relieve overpressure upwards
via pipe III.
C) Booster
• Increases normal DXR pressure by a
fixed ratio of 2,5 to 1 (2,5×200=500
Bar)
D) High pressure manifold
• high pressure manifold receives flow
from normal pressure manifold via I
or C. This flow is distributed to the
cylinders with various pressure.
E) Cylinder pair
• Open or close crusher jaws
F) Crusher jaws
• Cutting with interior cutting pads
• Crushing with exterior crusher pads
