Adaptor plate swivel
This allows crusher unit to rotate 360°.
DISMANTLING
Preparations
To remove the swivel, first dismantle the
adaptor plate as described on previous
page.
Swivel top
Swivel ring
3mm
5 Nm
REASSEMBLING
Reverse the above steps.
1. Remove swivel fasteners (16)
– Allen key: 10mm
– take care of the friction washers
Reassembling, apply thread-locking
compound T1
Tightening torque: 86Nm
2. Lift off swivel top
– if necessary, use a bladed screw
driver to evenly lift up edge
3. Lift off swivel ring
4. Reassembling: Apply a thin coat of grease
to all contact surfaces of swivel parts.
Replace brass rings if worn
– Allen key: 3mm
