Hydraulic system

To do a check of the hydraulic hoses

Examine the hydraulic hoses regularly. Replace
worn or damaged hydraulic hoses.

To do a check of the hydraulic oil level

A
1. Examine the hydraulic oil level at the sight glass for
the hydraulic oil tank (A). The hydraulic oil level must
be approximately 10 mm/0.39 in. from the top of the
sight glass.
2. If the hydraulic oil level is low, open the cap for the
hydraulic oil tank (B). Fill with hydraulic oil and
examine the hydraulic oil level again.
To replace the hydraulic oil
1. Put a container below the drain plug for the hydraulic
oil. The container must have a capacity minimum of
15 l/4 gal.
WARNING: Hydraulic oil is dangerous. The
rubber in the hydraulic hoses wears with
time. Worn or damaged hydraulic hoses can
break and the hydraulic oil can cause injury.
If you cannot tell if the hydraulic hoses are
worn, always replace the hydraulic hoses.
B
WARNING: There is a risk of burn injury.
The hydraulic oil becomes hot during
operation of the product. Let the product
become cool before you replace the
hydraulic oil.
