U. POWER MODULE
1. Remove the cover as in P.
2. Remove the 2 screws securing the module and cover to the rear right hand edge of the cabinet.
3. Prise the cover from the module box to gain access.
V. FRIDGE DAMPER (BAFFLE)
WORKING FROM THE FREEZER COMPARTMENT
1. Remove the ice bucket.
2. Remove the 2 screws and remove the top vent. NOTE: the bottom edge of the vent slots behind the rear
panel.
3. Pull the shaped duct tube from where it locates in the right hand (DX) duct channel.
WORKING FROM THE FRIDGE COMPARTMENT
4. Pull the front cover off the damper housing. This can be tight.
5. Remove the 2 screws and remove the damper housing.
6. Release the damper assembly from the liner by depressing all 4 legs located on the freezer compartment
side.
7. Disconnect the wiring from the damper motor.
8. Remove the polystyrene sections from the damper. Check the seals on reassembly.
W. CONTROL PANEL INTERFACE
1. Lift the water drain grille from below the dispensing levers and remove the 2 screws.
2. Ease the control panel away from the door at the bottom and lift to remove.
3. Disconnect the edge connectors.
X. DISPLAY PCB MODULE
1. Remove the control panel interface as in W above.
2. Remove the 5 x T10 screws securing the cover over the PCB.
3. Remove 1 x T10 screw securing the module.
4. Prise the 2 tabs away to remove the PCB.
Y. DISPENSER SWITCHES & LAMP
1. Remove the control panel interface as in W above.
2. Depress or open tabs to remove switches or lamp holder. Lamp 10W SES.
Z. DISPENSER LEVERS
1. Remove the control panel interface as in W above.
2. Disconnect the various connectors.
3. Release the 2 screws and remove the white moulding holding the switches and lamp holder.
4. Remove the clear Perspex cover on the ice dispenser lever. This can be helped by gently twisting on the
lever to release the hooks from the rear of the lever.
5. Disassemble the damper assembly in the dispenser - i.e. round white object at the top of the dispenser
frame toward the right hand side (DX).
6. Remove the hex head screw and spring clip (note small spacer under clip) between the two levers.
7. The long hinge pin can be released from the right hand end only (note the position of a metal spacing
washer between the white and brown mouldings on the hinge pin).
8. Using Sniped Nose pliers, grip the right hand (DX) end of the pin and push upward to release.
Draw the pin out to the right hand side to release the whole assembly.
