2 Call or visit your modem dealer. Your dealer may be able to provide
immediate assistance.
3 If your dealer can't help you, contact U.S. Robotics Customer Support.
When you call, specify your modem serial number (found on the modem
and on the outside of the box), the model number, and the software
being used. The model number is located on the outside of the box. The
model number is four sequential numbers and may be preceded by USR.
If you do not have the model number, you will have to call the Priority
phone number listed below to get it. This call will have a $2.50 per
minute charge.
Technical questions about U.S. Robotics modems can be answered by
technical support specialists.
If you can, have your ati7 information written down on a piece of paper
before you call tech support.
