1. Click the Windows 95 Start button.
2. Point to Programs and then click
RapidComm Voice. (If you have not
installed RapidComm Voice, see the
section title "Software Installation and
Testing" on page 33.)
3. Enter RapidComm Voice's terminal mode
by clicking the Terminal button.
4. Type ATI7 and press ENTER.
5. The information that appears will be useful
to the technical support representative
who attempts to troubleshoot your
problem when you call. Select Print from
the File menu or leave the information on
screen.
