B. Initial Check
1. Installation environment
Refer to the Service Manual for the printer.
2. Paper checks
• The recommended paper for the sorter is used.
• Paper is not damp.
3. Condensation
During winter, particularly when moving the sorter into a warm room from a cold location such
as a warehouse, various problems can occur due to condensation in the sorter.
When condensation was formed, either wipe the parts with dry cloth or leave the sorter ON
for 10 to 20 minutes.
