NOTE: The arrow on the bottom of the
valve indicates the direction of flow. The
arrow must face forward.
31. Install the refrigerant valve using the screw
supplied with the valve.
32.Remove the nut and stud from the factory
TXV. Set the A/C manifold aside.
NOTE: Clean the mating surfaces on the
TXV, H-Block, and A/C manifold.
NOTE: Lubricate the supplied O-rings with
PAG oil before installation.
33.Using the supplied bolt, install the A/C
manifold and the H-Block (32) to the TXV.
Connect the A/C hoses (8, 9, 24, 27) to the H-
block and route them to the area near the fuel
filler.
