1 Toner sensor voltage adjustment
(upto machine 705025000/705530000)
This adjustment must be made, when new developer has been added.
Note:
Add new developer (if applicable (See 05 Dev

Remove the rear cover.

Connect a voltmeter between TP5 and TP1 (GND) on the main controller

22PBA01 and adjust with potmeter R55 until the voltage is 7.0 V ± 1V.
Connect the voltmeter between TP4 and TP1 (GND) to measure the sensor

voltage.
Run SDS test -2, -2. (See Faults

Wait for ± 10 minutes and while the test is still running, adjust potmeter R55
6
until the voltage on TP4 is 2.25V ± 0.02V.
Stop the test.

Connect the voltmeter between TP5 and TP1 (GND) and measure the voltage.

Read out the value to 2 decimal places and note this value in the logbook chart.
