Super I/O Device
This item has several sub-items: Hot Key
Power ON enables you to select a hot key to
turn on the computer; Onboard FDC
Controller enables the onboard floppy disk
drive controller; Onboard Serial Port 1/2
assigns the I/O address and address and
interrupt request (IRQ) for onboard serial port
1 (COM1)/ 2 (COM2); UART Mode Select
enables you to select the infrared
communication protocol-Normal (default),
IrDA, or ASKIR; UR2 Duplex Mode enables
you to determine the infrared (IR) function of
the onboard infrared chip; Onboard Parallel
Port assigns the I/O address and interrupt
request (IRQ) for the onboard parallel port;
Parallel Port Mode enables you to set the data
transfer protocol for your parallel port; ECP
Mode Use DMA-- parallel port uses DMA 3
or DMA 1 when onboard parallel port is ECP
mode; Game Port Address sets the I/O
address for the game port; Midi Port Address
sets the I/O address for the Midi function; Midi
Port IRQ sets the interrupt request for the
Midi function.
Init Display First
This item to specify whether your graphics
adapter is installed in one of the PCI slots or is
integrated on the mainboard.
OnChip USB
Enable this item if you plan to use the
Controller
Universal Serial Bus ports on this mainboard.
