4.4 Install Head Section
1. Loosen thumbscrews under the back section
before attaching or removing the head section.
2. Insert connection rods of the head section into the
back section.
3. Tighten the two thumbscrews to secure the head
section.

Install Leg Sections
1. Loosen thumbscrews under tabletop frame before
attaching or removing the leg sections.
2. Insert the rod and pin of each leg section all the
way into the holes in the seat section.
3. Tighten the two thumbscrews to secure the leg
sections.
4.6 Installation Checklist
Check off boxes below as they are performed.
□ Lock and secure table in place
□ Install and secure power cord with wire collect tie, route power cord to prevent tripping
□ Install hand pendant
□ Install head and leg sections
□ Install mattress pads
□ Check all table movements (4.6.1 "Performance Check List")
