Adjusting
Blade Guide
The blade guide should be as close to the
workpiece as possible. This will help ensure
straight cuts by keeping the blade from twisting
and drifting off the cut line.
To adjust blade guide:
1.
DISCONNECT MACHINE FROM POWER!
2.
Loosen blade guide adjustment knob shown
in Figure 25 and slide blade guide as close
to workpiece as possible, then tighten knob.

Adjusting Feed Rate

The feed rate is controlled by the spring and
handle shown in Figure 26.
To adjust the feed rate slower, twist the handle
clockwise to add tension to the spring.
To adjust the feed rate faster, twist the handle
counterclockwise to remove tension from the
spring.
