5 REPORTS

5.1 How to print out reports

Two modes for printing reports are: “X“ mode and “Z“ mode.
Use the reading mode “X“ when it is necessary to obtain sales information since the last resetting.
It is used to generate reports during the day, between two shifts, etc. The reading may be made any
number of times. It does not affect the register memory. Also you can turn off time printing on the
receipt pressing 803
used for turning off.
Use the resetting function of the “Z“ mode when you need to print reports and to clear the register’s
memory. Resetting prints all sales information and clears the entire memory except for the GT1
through GT3, reset count and consecutive number. Z report is usually carried out once a day after
finalizing the daily report.

by means of the total “Z“ report.
