mFlipLock check with panic function E
The mFlipLock check is equipped with a continuous follower so that the inside handle is coupled and the
outside handle is decoupled. Typically, a fitting with a knob is fitted on the outside (in the opposite
direction to the escape direction) and an escape route door fitting is fitted on the inside (in the escape
direction).
Tab. 2 shows the unlocking options.

The mFlipLock check is equipped with a split follower so that the inside and outside handles are not
coupled. Typically, a fitting with a lever handle is fitted on both sides of the door, with an escape route
door fitting on the inside (in the escape direction).

Unlocking from the outside
With a key
The lock is initially retracted to 5 mm when unlocking from the outside. The flip latches are subsequently
released via the door handle and the door is completely unlocked.
