5 Adjustments
5.1

Adjustment of the gripping range

•
The device can be used by the adjustment of the grab
arms for lifting different sizes.
•
The adjustment of the gripping range is executed as
follows:
•
Butterfly screws loosen and pull out.
•
Shift the arms , until the gripping range is accordingly
adjusted. Note that both grab arms are symmetrically
arranged and that the distance between the grippers
and the load is not bigger than 2 cm.
•
Put the butterfly screws into the suitable bores and
tighten it.

Operation

6.1

General

•
Connect the device (ASZ/TSV) with the lifting equipment
or use the handle for manual operation by 2 persons.
•
Adjust the gripping range.
•
Set the device centrically on the load and release the
lever of the half-automatic release while lifting the
device.
•
Lift the device with the load.
•
Lowering the load, the automatic release will lock and
the device can be lifted without the load.

Butterfly screw
With lack of space the handle of the device can be turned

•
Remove the split pin of the locking pin and pull locking
pins out.
•
Pull the handle from the rectangle pipe and turn around
90 °.
•
Plug in the locking pins again and protect it with split
pin.
