and the display cover. When assembling it
is important to first feed as much as possible
of the cables down into the chassis and
then fit the display cover on the chassis.
3. Screw the display cover and the chassis
together using the four screws (Torx 20).
The screws should be tightened crosswise.
4. Fit the MMI cable and the sensor cables
to the MMI circuit board.
5.2.5 Assembling the chassis
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
When assembling: Make sure parts are
clean and that no cables will be pinched.
An unsealed chassis can let in moisture,
which can result in faults in the mower.
Always use new sealing strips before
putting the chassis halves or the display
cover together. A sealing strip that has
already been used does not provide
a satisfactory seal.
1. Fit a new sealing strip to the lower section
of the chassis.
Automowers 320 and 330X have a 5
millimeter sealing strip, unlike for example
models 220AC and 305, which have a 4
millimeter strip.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
A 5 mm sealing strip must be used on
Automower 320/330X. Sealing may be
deficient if the wrong sealing strip is used,
leading to costly repair work.
The sealing strip can be laid both clockwise and
counter-clockwise.
