7.3 Service schedule
The table below contains a checklist of points and actions to be taken when servicing the mower. Some of the
points must be carried out every three years while others must be done every year. Updated and complete service
plans can be found in Autocheck under Documentation, refer to "4.3.8 Documentation".

7. MAINTENANCE AND SERVICE

Remove body and clean chassis.
Clean the ultrasound sensors/
headlights thoroughly.
Check the wire to the charging
plate in the body.
Change ventilation filter.

Inspect and grease front wheel
bearing again.
Check the rubber bellows on the
cutting height adjustment.

Open the chassis and change all
chassis sealing strips.
X
Change the front collision column
rubber bellows.
Check tightening torque of chassis
screws.
Check chassis wire bushings.
Inspect blades and blade screws.
Inspect skid plate and skid plate
bearing.
Clean the charging station.
Inspect and polish charging plates
on mower and in charging station.
Carry out a complete Autotest in
Autocheck EXP.
Check that docking and charging
work correctly.
Check the state of the battery by
carrying out a battery test.
Explanation
Refer to 5.2.1 Dismantling the body
Clean thoroughly around any accessories
if fitted on the body (330X).
Refer to 5.13 Cleaning or Replacing the
Ventilation Filter
Refer to 5.22 Changing and Regreasing
Lower Front Wheel Bearing
Check the fit between the chassis and the
bellows on top as well as the cutting height
column and the bellows on the bottom.
Check also that there are no cracks in the
bellows.

Refer to 5.19 Replacing the Front Collision
Column
Refer to 5.2.5 Assembling the Chassis,
5.18 Replacing the Rear Collision Columns
and 5.19 Replacing the Front Collision
Column for screw locations as well as
5.24 Bolt Fasteners for correct tightening
torque.
Check all rubber seals leading into the
chassis.
Make sure the skid plate can rotate freely
and that the ball bearing does not make a
noise.
Polish contact surfaces on both mower and
charging station charging plates with a fine
grade emery cloth.
