Only use original Miele accessories.
Remove the FlexiClip runners if fitted.

Use a dark matt springform cake tin.
Place the springform cake tin centrally on the rack.

In general, if a range of temperatures is given, it is best to select the lower temperature
and to check the food after the shortest duration.

Pre-heat the oven before putting food inside.

Pre-heat the oven for 5 minutes before putting food inside.

Take the trays out of the oven early if the food is sufficiently browned before the specified
cooking duration has elapsed.

Turn the food halfway through cooking.
