Pre- set programs
To begin, start by pressing the ''PROG'' key to scroll through the programs available. You can then adjust the
duration of the work out via the ''+ or –'' symbols located on the display. The time will be shown in minutes and
seconds with a descending count. When you are scrolling through you will have several programs available,
you have P1-P12, U1, U2 and U3. Once you have selected the program you require press the ''START'' key to
begin. After a three second count down you will begin your workout.

User programs
U1、U2、U3。 Besides the 12 preset programs, we also set up another 3 user's programs for the user's
needs: U1、U2、U3.
1. Users programs tune
2. Press the button "PROGRAM" until it shows the users program（U1-U3）, then press the "mode" then
enter the set-up for the first time set-up. "SPEED+"、 "SPEED -" is to change the speed, and the
"INCLINE+"、"INCLINE -"is to change the incline. Press "mode" means the completion of the first time
setup and then enter to the second time setup until the ten setup are done. The data will be saved
without losing due to power off until next time when you reset.
3. Startup of the users program
4. A、Press the "PROGRAM"until it shows the user's program（U1-U3）, set the running time required
and press the "start" button
5. B 、After done with the users program and running time setting, press the "start" button it will work too.
6. User's program setup instruction
The program divides each exercise into ten periods; the treadmill cannot run until the speed, incline and running
time of the ten periods are done
