Fault messages

System malfunctions are displayed by fault messages
on your screen.
2054 CRI UBAT too small
Example
The fault message can be cleared by acknowledging
with the <F12> key. It will appear again however, if the
fault has not been rectified.
The following table lists all fault messages, with remedi-
al measures, which could occur when testing common-
rail injectors If "KD" is listed in the remedial measure
column then notify Bosch After Sales Service with de-
tails on the message number. This also applies to mes-
sage numbers which are not listed in the table.

For all fault queries to the After Sales Service the
status code and module ID must be stated for faster
fault clearance.

Remedial measures
Check whether voltage stabilizer is switched on.
Check whether supply lines are plugged in.
Check whether RS 232 connecting cable is plugged in.
Check whether current limiting on voltage stabilizer  28 A is set
Check whether adapter cable on injector X is connected.
Replace injector X.
Replace injector X.
Check whether the connecting cable is defective (short circuit).
Check whether a disconnected connection cable caused a short-circuit.
Check whether actuation parameters in system software at "Gen. values"
have been correctly set.
