3. Position the retaining plate (Fig. 59, item 8) on the
injector face (Fig. 59, item 7).
4. Slip a suitable clamping bush (Fig. 59, item 6) over
the nozzle retaining nut of the injector (Fig. 59,
item 7).
5. Press down and hold the operating lever
(Fig. 59, item 1).
6. Turn the injector (Fig. 59, item 7) until the high-pres-
sure connection is facing the rear (Fig. 59, item 3).
7. Release the operating lever (Fig. 59, item 1).
8. Insert the clamping bush (Fig. 59, item 6) in the
mount (Fig. 59, item 4).
9. Tighten the hexagon socket head bolt (Fig. 59,
item 5)

10. Press the clamping piece (Fig. 60, item 3) and injec-
tion chamber (Fig. 60, item 1) upwards against the
nozzle retaining nut of the injector (Fig. 60, item 5).
The injector must not have any axial play.
11. Tighten the handwheel (refer to Fig. 60, item 4)
12. Press down the lever (Fig. 60, item 2) to press on
the injection chamber.

13. Check that the injector is seated vertically in the
solder in the injector holder. If the injector is not
seated vertically in the solder, straighten it (refer to
Fig. 61).
