Topcat Side Panel Connections

1. AUX POWER INPUT CONNECTOR (optional): For use during
installations where AC power is not available in the ceiling.
Accepts 24VDC, 2.5A connector from an external power supply.
CONTACT CLOSURE: Internal relay contact closure to provide

signal to notify external system based on user input.
RELAY INPUT: Senses external relay closure to mute Topcat

audio when a signal from a fire alarm, IP paging system or
other device is detected.
4. PAGEFIRST INPUT: Connect the input from optional
PageFirst sensor when interfacing with the building's
paging system. Use the PageFirst Level control inside
the speaker cavity to adjust the sensitivity if needed.

TOPCAT AUDIO LINK: Digital Audio Input and Audio Output to

6. AUDIO INPUT: This connection accepts an audio signal from
other technology so all multimedia can be distributed evenly
throughout the classroom.
