My control panel on the drawer has gone out. Due to this, neither ice maker is working and we can't adjust temps on anything. Is there a way to reset this? We have tried unplugging the fridge for 30 seconds. What else can I try? If I have to replace the control panel on the drawer, how do I do that?

We are seeing a EO on the display panel. We hold hold the control lock for seconds and it goes away. However it returns. Not sure what the EO means and how to get rid of it.
