After the first 5 hours of use, tighten bolt (#1) on front
axle (#2).
Check Front Axle lubrication point monthly or every 50
hours. Lubricate as required.

HECKING ELTS ENSION
Belts must be kept clean and tensioned correctly at all
times. Incorrect belt tension will lead to premature belt
failure. Correct tension values are listed in following
table. Mowing deck timing belt, Mowing deck drive belt
and Use of belt tension gauge are described in
Mowing deck maintenance section.
In case of incorrectly tensioned belts contact your
authorized service dealer for assistance.

To install or change hydraulic oil filter (#1), it is
necessary to drain oil through drain located on the
bottom of the hydraulic tank.

LEANING OF THE

CREEN
Dirty or dusty filter screen reduces the performance of
the engine cooler. Therefore, it is necessary to clean
the filter screen (fig. 13-7) after each mowing
operation. When mowing in the dusty conditions, clean
the filter screen after every filling 10 grass collectors
and when the engine overheating indicator turns on. It
is also necessary to keep the battery metal mesh
cover clean (located under the steering column).
