SOLUTION
· Check the circuit breaker, disconnect, and fuse
· Check the wire connection
· Check the interlock switch
· Check whether the power-on LED on the circuit
board is lit, if not, notify the manufacturer
· Check the controller for VFD alarm code
· Check VFD
· Check the voltage of the motor
· Check out-of-balance switch
· Check with hand whether the inner drum is turning
and remove foreign objects
· Check the belt or replace if necessary
· Check the drain valve and remove obstruction
· Rebalance the load
· Contact Unity 1-800-484-3013
· Remove transport brackets
· Level machine
· Check out-of-balance switch and replace it if
necessary
· Ensure the load is between 7-35 lbs
· Replace shock absorber
· Contact Unity 1-800-484-3013
· Replace the door gasket
· Check and adjust door hinges
· Check water level line/tubing, adjust or replace if
necessary
· Check the water inlet and dispenser valves, replace
if necessary
· Replace main relay PCB
· Check external water supply
· Clean water strainer filter
· Check the water inlet valve, replace if necessary
· Check drain valve, replace if necessary
· Check drain valve, replace if necessary
· Check hoses and hoses connections, replace or
tighten if necessary
