    SAFETY INSTRUCTIONS Basic precautions should always be followed, including the following safety instructions when using this equipment: Read all instructions before using this equipment. Read all the instructions in this manual and do warm up exercises before using this equipment. Before exercise, in order to avoid injuring the muscle, warm-up exercise of every position of the body is necessary.

    OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS Operate according to your own condition. Adjusting the adjustable leveler: Turn the adjustable leveler on the rear stabilizer as needed to level the bike. Adjusting the handlebar: Hold Handlebar while loosening the T-Knob. Adjust Handlebar to the desired position and turn the T-Knob in a clockwise direction to tighten.
  • Page 5 also preset target time before training. Press ENTER key to select TIME function when it is flash and then press UP or DOWN key to preset target time. Each increment is 1 minute. The preset target time range is from 5:00 to 99:00 minutes. Once you preset target time and then start to exercise, time starts counting down from preset target time to 0:00 per 1 second backward.
  • Page 6 BODY FAT: Press BODY FAT key and then press UP or DOWN key to select GENDER. Press the ENTER key to confirm your GENDER. AGE will flash and you can press UP or DOWN key to set your AGE. Press the ENTER key to confirm your AGE. HEIGHT will flash and you can press UP or DOWN key to set your HEIGHT.

    ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS 1. Install the Front Stabilizer. Attach the Front Stabilizer (2) onto the front curve plate of Main Frame (1) with two M8x52 Carriage Bolts (22), M8x16x1.2 Washers (39), M8 Spring Washers (37), and M8 Nylon Nuts (30). Finally, cover the M8 Nylon Nuts (30) with two M8xØ19 Bolt Caps (71).

    WARM UP AND COOL DOWN ROUTINE A good exercise program consists of a warm-up, aerobic exercise, and a cool down. Do the entire program at least two to three times a week, resting for a day between workouts. After several months you can increase your workouts to four or five times per week. AEROBIC EXERCISE is any sustained activity that sends oxygen to your muscles via your heart and lungs.
  • Page 16 SIDE STRETCHES Open your arms to the side and lift them until they are over your head. Reach your right arm as far toward the ceiling as you can for one count. Repeat this action with your left arm. QUADRICEPS STRETCH With one hand against a wall for balance, reach behind you and pull your right foot up.
  • Page 17 TOE TOUCHES Slowly bend forward from your waist, letting your back and shoulders relax as you stretch toward your toes. Reach as far as you can and hold for 15 counts. HAMSTRING STRETCHES Extend your right leg. Rest the sole of your left foot against your right inner thigh.
